The Graphic Novels category showcases your choice of the best titles published between Oct. 15, 2009, and Oct. 15, 2010. To be eligible for this category, the stories you nominate should be written in a comic-style format throughout the book. Large chunks of text make a story into a hybrid novel, which might fit better in midgrade, sci-fi fantasy, or young adult, depending on content. You can nominate two titles-- one for teen/YA readers (but not crossover novels written for adults!) and one for younger readers. Last year, Gunnerkrigg Court: Orientation by Tom Siddell won in the YA category, and The Secret Science Alliance and the Copycat Crook by Eleanor Davis won for the younger set. So what has 2010 brought us in great comics for kids? We can't wait to find out! Add your nominations to the list below.

Here's a question... Hereville by Barry Deutsch officially is released in November, but I just got an email from Amazon saying it's on its way to me right now. What's the ruling on that?

I'm the one who nominated Hereville. My bought-and-paid-for copy from Amazon arrived last week.
