A lifelong book enthusiast, Niki became focused on children’s literature over ten years ago when her oldest was born. She spent hours scouring bookshelves to find books that represented the beautiful diversity of her family and wanted to share what she found with others.
Throughout the years, she has worked with over a hundred different publishers as a book reviewer and has been a judge for multiple book awards.
Currently, she spends her days homeschooling her four children, advocating for pediatric patients as a nurse, and convincing her husband to build more bookshelves.
